About

My name is Tracey Richburg, owner of Resin8 Art Savannah located in Savannah, Georgia. I attend markets and other events locally in Savannah, as well as throughout the state of Georgia. I am a Service-Connected Disabled Army Veteran. I started to get back into crafting after radiation treatments for a brain tumor. Crafting was a way to relax and take my mind off health issues and to clear my mind. I like the reactions people have when they see something they like. I especially like to create beach themed pieces to bring the beauty of nature into customers living spaces
I always loved making things, crafting, painting, and making things to decorate my home. Since I was a teenager, I had the ability to figure out how people made things that they created, and I was able to make something similar if I could. I would keep my creations for my personal use and never considered selling anything that I made. In 2019 I had some health issues. In 2020, with the pandemic, I had a lot of time on my hands. I decided to use that time to relax, do something that brought joy to my life, and prefect a new skill I had learned the year before. These events lead to my love of crafting with resin. I am still perfecting my craft. I love the versatility of the resin and all the things that I can create. Most of all, I love creating beautiful pieces for people to appreciate and enjoy. Resin8art Savannah is my attempt to bring beauty and joy into the world.
